CPEIC is a contemporary multidisciplinary design studio that creates physical and virtual projects, founded by Tereza Kourra. Blurring the lines in the boundaries of space, CPEIC puts emphasis on the design of tangible and composite environments, constantly moulded by the need to experiment. What started in 2020 as a remote idea to explore the spatial relations and identities of objects and environments, is now a design studio in downtown Nicosia, simultaneously existing through each of its projects.
As a creative studio and brand, CPEIC occasionally produces limited-edition objects accompanied by narrative chapters that expand its story and vision. The collections focus on the principles of modularity, able to be combined and assembled based on one's needs. As a design studio, it combines all the disciplines it practices, including architecture, object design, fashion, 3D tech and interior design, through a series of form and material studies and digital world creations.
Tereza Kourra is an designer and visual artist with studies in architecture (AUTh, GR) and photography (Stereosis, GR). After graduating in 2015, she moved to London, where she worked on numerous architectural projects within the UK. At the same time her architectural and photographic work has been distinguished in competitions, displayed in various group exhibitions, online platforms and printed publications. She is the founder and lead designer of CPEIC studio and is also part of the Reasearch Department of CYENS Centre of Excellence, working within the fields of 3D and virtual design.
